Description

Nos 20 and 21 Christchurch Street West are a pair of buildings shown on a map of 1774 but remodelled during the 19th century. They are two storeys high, constructed of rubble and have tiled roofs. Each building has two windows, which are mostly modern casements. The ground floor features two shop fronts—No 21 has reeded pilasters and bold foliate capitals—and two doors flanking a window. The buildings are included on the list for their group value with No 1 South Parade.
