Description
This granary, located 40 metres northwest of Hadspen House, is likely from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from Cary stone coursed rubble and features a half hipped Welsh slate roof. The structure is supported by 12 Keinton stone piers arranged in 2 bays by 5 bays, with no central piers. These piers are linked by voussoired segmental arches. The east and west sides have plain boarded doors in the center, with leaded lights positioned high above, one directly over the other. The granary is well-preserved and is part of an important 18th-century group.
