Description
Parkers Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1705, as indicated by a painted plaster panel on the first floor. The building has undergone some alterations in the 19th and 20th centuries. It features a roughcast exterior and a double-Roman tile roof with a coped verge and brick stacks. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has four bays. The windows have been renewed with 2 and 3-light casements, while one window to the left of the front door retains its original mullioned and transomed configuration. The central entrance has an early 18th-century two-panelled door, topped with a flat moulded wooden hood supported by scroll brackets. There is a later single-storey lean-to on the left side of the ground floor.
