House. Late C18, altered C19. Stucco, probably over limestone rubble, with painted stone dressings; slate roof; rendered stacks to gable ends. Double-depth central-staircase plan. 2 storeys, 5-window range. Classical style. Step up to Doric-style porch with triglyph frieze. Mid C20 door and shop windows. First floor has late C19 one/one-pane horned sashes. Moulded cornice under parapet with moulded coping swept up to corners at front and ramped on returns to end stacks. Banded rusticated clasping pilasters. INTERIOR: early C19 staircase to right of hall.
