Description
Poole and Burgess is a 17th-century house with a rendered exterior and a turnerized double Roman roof. It features a brick stack on the left and a large render and brick stack on the facade to the left of the cross passage. The house has two storeys and three bays on each side, with 19th-century three-light casements. There is a 20th-century glazed porch with a weatherboarded gable located to the left of center, and a plank door set in a moulded frame in the outer bay on the right. To the right, there is a single-storey, four-bay projection made of painted random rubble, which is used for storage. Inside, there is a chamfered beam with stops. The dwelling is named after two earlier owners.
