Description

This is an unknown chest tomb located in the churchyard, 24 meters northeast of the chancel of the Church of St Laurence. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of ashlar stone. The tomb features a plinth and corner pilasters adorned with floral decoration. There is a broad central pilaster on the north and south sides, along with an oval plaque on the east side that once had an inscription, now much decayed. The tomb is decorated with egg and dart moulding around the edge, swags on each side, a fluted entablature with paterae, and a moulded cornice. The top of the tomb is a slab.
