Description
The property comprises a farmhouse with an attached barn, dating to the 17th century with alterations in the early 19th century. The farmhouse is constructed of coursed rubble with a double-Roman tile roof, featuring coped verges and three brick ridge stacks. There are two box casement dormers. It has two storeys and attics, with a 3:2 bay arrangement. Windows are stone-mullioned with two lights, featuring ogee moulding and stopped labels above each light. The windows have sash windows with marginal lights, or casements in a matching style. A door opening is situated in the second bay, framed by an edge-moulded wooden surround, leading to a six-panelled door with the top two panels glazed. A 20th-century wooden hood is supported by two slender columns. To the left return is an attached rubble barn with a gabled frontage. It contains two door openings with plank doors secured by strap hinges.
