House. Early C19, core probably earlier. Roughcast, double Roman tile roof, brick ridge stack. Two storeys, 2 bays, 12-pane sash windows to first floor, 4-light angular bay to ground floor with glazing bars, hipped tile roof continuing to right over door opening as a pentice, shaped bracket to right. Door opening to right, 6-panelled door, top 4 panels glazed. Primarily included for group value with Wisteria Cottage (qv).
