Description

Hill View is a house dating from the early 19th century, with a core that is likely older. It features a roughcast exterior and a double Roman tile roof, along with a brick ridge stack. The building is two storeys high and has two bays. On the first floor, there are 12-pane sash windows, while the ground floor boasts a 4-light angular bay window with glazing bars. A hipped tile roof extends to the right over the door opening, which has a pentice and a shaped bracket to the right. The door opening to the right contains a 6-panelled door, with the top four panels being glazed. Hill View is primarily noted for its group value with Wisteria Cottage.
