Description
Park Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1863. It features a rendered exterior and a tile roof, with one brick and one rubble stack. The building has a Tudoresque style with an irregular facade that includes three projecting gables. It is two storeys high with attics and consists of three bays. The left bay has 4-light mullioned windows, while the centre bay has a single light opening on the first floor, above a 3-light attic window. The left bay also features a 5-light mullion and transom window on the ground floor.
There is a door opening in the centre bay with a block stone surround, leading to a half-glazed door and a pent-roofed projecting porch supported by chamfered wooden columns, which are decorated with a bargeboard. To the left, there is a pent-roofed outshut that matches the style of the main building. The right return includes additional 3 and 5-light windows. A stone plaque to the right of the frontage displays raised stone lettering that reads "DW 1863". The farmhouse is part of the Orchardlea Estate.
