Description
Lawnwith Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1703, constructed from rubblestone and ashlar with a pantile roof. It has two storeys and three bays. To the right of the left-hand bay, there is a glazed 20th-century door set in a bolection-moulded stone architrave with impost bands. The building features chamfered two-light mullion windows throughout, except for the three-light windows on either side of the door, with the left window having a large 20th-century lintel. There are five windows on the ground floor and three on the upper floor. A moulded ashlar cornice runs along the top, and in the center, there is a carved datestone with curved framing. The farmhouse has a brick stack at the left end and another at the ridge.
