Detached cottage. C18. Ham stone roughly cut and squared, ashlar dressings; double Roman clay tiled roof between high stepped coped gables suggesting former thatch; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Above, C20 timber casement windows with horizontal glazing bars, of 3 and 4 lights; below, to outer bays, chamfer mullioned windows of 4 lights, in chamfered recesses with labels, having iron-framed opening lights, that to bay 3 rectangular-leaded; to lower bay 2 a cambered-arched doorway up 1 step, with C19 part-glazed door in recess. Against west gable a single-bay extension with Welsh slate roof and casement windows, c1900, with further single-storey extension west of this. Interior not seen.
