Description
This building, located about 5 metres east of Bow Mill House, is a store with an uncertain original purpose, likely dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of ham stone rubble with ashlar quoins and features a plain clay tiled roof with a sawn stone ridge, flanked by stepped coped gables. There is a brick chimney stack on the south side and an ornamental finial on the north gable. The building is two storeys high and probably consists of three bays. It has a leaded casement window on the first floor of the east flank and double doors on the west, which are accessed by a timber stair. Additionally, there is a 19th-century window in the south gable. The building was not accessible during the survey conducted in June 1986 and is part of an historic mill site.
