Description
The Merrett monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, 10 metres southeast of the porch of the Church of St Andrew. It dates from the 17th century and is made of Ham stone. The base is buried, featuring plain slab sides and a chamfered coved thick flat top. This monument commemorates John Merrett, who died in 1640.
