Description

No. 30 Catherine Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed from rubble with a pantile roof. The second floor features two windows with glazing bar sashes, while the first floor has three plate glass sash windows, except for the left-hand window. On the ground floor, there is an early 20th-century shop window flanked by Ionic side pilasters and leaf-capped colonnettes. The arched doorway includes a spoked fanlight, a lintel with lozenge decoration, and a six-panel door, with the upper four panels shaped.
