Description

No. 13 Fairbank is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It is constructed of rubble with a slate roof and features a single chimney. The front has one window that has stone sills and plain stone surrounds, with a box sash design that includes all glazing bars. The doorway is notable for its wooden Doric pilasters and entablature, and it contains a four-panel door, which has two glazed panels and two raised and fielded panels.
