Description

Nos 8 and 12 Fairbank are two mid-19th century cottages located on the south side of Fairbank. They are two storeys high and constructed of rubble with a slate roof. The cottages share one chimney. The windows have plain reveals; No 8 features sashed windows, while No 12 has casement windows. The doors are similar to those found at No 4, and both cottages have flat stone hoods supported by cut consoles.
