Description

15 Fairbank is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It is constructed of rubble and features a slate roof. The front has one window with sills and thin stone surrounds, which is sashed and retains all its glazing bars. Originally, the doorway was located in the gable end but has since been moved to the rear. The rounded corner between Fairbank and the yard is made of large blocks that are said to have come from a pillar removed from a church in 1806, according to the Annals of the Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England.
