The building is single storey and consists of two bays with casement windows. It has a projecting gabled porch that includes a door opening with a semi-circular head. Adjacent to the lodge are a pair of square rusticated stone gate piers topped with moulded caps and stone balls. The entrance is completed with 20th-century wooden gates and railings.
