Description
Park Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed Doulting rubble with dressed quoins and features a pantile roof with end rubble stacks. The building has a double pile plan and a symmetrical facade, standing two storeys high with three bays. The sash windows have glazing bars and are set in bead-moulded stone surrounds. There is a central door opening, also in a similar surround, topped by a moulded stone hood supported by brackets, and it features a six-panelled door. To the left side, there is a single-storey, one-bay outshut with a pent roof. To the right, there is a two-storey, three-bay wing that is of lower height, which includes a four-panelled door on the ground floor and sash windows above in block surrounds.
