Description

The Standerwick family monument is a chest tomb located about 2 meters south of the tower of the Church of St Aldhelm and St Eadburgha in Broadway. It dates from the 18th century and is made of Ham stone. The tomb features a ledger top with a cyma recta moulded cornice and fluted end pilasters. On the north face, it is inscribed in memory of John Standerwick, who died in 1777.
