Semi-detached cottage. Mid C18. Roughly coursed rubble Doulting stone. Double Roman clay tile gabled roof common with Manor Farm Cottage (qv) and substancial rubble stone chimney stack on right. 2-storey, 2-window front with C19 vertical boarded entrance door in chamfered stone frame on left. A small 2-light casement window to left of door. 3-light, 2 pane, C19 casement window in chamfered stone mullioned frame to right of entrance door. Two 2-light similar windows to first floor.
