Description

This is a semi-detached cottage dating from the mid-18th century, located to the west of Manor Farm Cottage. It is built from roughly coursed rubble Doulting stone and features a double Roman clay tile gabled roof that is shared with Manor Farm Cottage. On the right side, there is a substantial rubble stone chimney stack.

The cottage has two storeys and a two-window front. The entrance door, which is from the 19th century, is vertically boarded and set in a chamfered stone frame on the left side. To the left of the door is a small two-light casement window. To the right of the entrance, there is a three-light, two-pane casement window in a chamfered stone mullioned frame. On the first floor, there are two similar two-light windows.
