This is a house, likely dating from the mid-18th century, located on Quay Street in Minehead. It is constructed of painted rendered rubble stone with a thatched roof that connects to the adjacent buildings at numbers 31 and 33. A large stone chimney is situated on the left party wall, shared with number 27. The house has a single-unit plan and three storeys, featuring a single window on each floor. A 20th-century door is located to the right, sheltered by an 18th-century hood. The windows are 20th-century three-light casements, with the second-floor window positioned at eaves level.
