Description
This is a house located at the Village Garage, east of Utopia, dating from the 16th or 17th century with some alterations from the 19th century. The building is constructed from coursed and squared rubble and features a thatched roof with undulating eaves. It has three brick ridge stacks. The house has a through passage plan and is single storey with an attic, consisting of two bays. The windows are 19th-century-style casements, with two and three lights. There is a door opening in the second bay, which is a plank door.
