Description
Utopia is a house dating from the 17th to 18th century. It is constructed of coursed and squared rubble, with some areas featuring colourwash. The roof is thatched and slated, supported by three brick ridge stacks. The building has two storeys and is arranged in a 2:2 bay configuration. It features 3-light casements that are of 19th-century style. There are two door openings: one is a half-glazed door and the other is a plank door. A timber shop with a corrugated-iron roof, positioned at right angles to the main frontage, is not considered to be of special interest.
