Description
The Nosebag is a house and shop that now operates as a cafe, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of rendered rubble with a Welsh slate roof. The building has three storeys and two bays, featuring rusticated quoins. On the ground floor, there is a central part-glazed door flanked by late 19th-century square bay shop windows. The first and second floors are adorned with 6-pane sash windows set in plain ashlar surrounds with extended sills. Additional architectural details include gutter brackets, a shaped kneeler, ashlar coping, and an end stack on the left. The building is included for its group value.
