Description

The garden wall and gate piers located approximately eight metres south of Carr End Farmhouse date from the 19th century. The wall is constructed of hammered sandstone and stands about 1.75 metres high. It features a sloped coping and curves around the corner at the left end, returning towards the house at the right end. The gate piers are the same height as the wall and also have sloped tops.
