Description
The garden wall to the south of Castle Farmhouse is a 19th-century structure made of coursed sandstone rubble. The front section of the wall stands 1.5 meters high and features roughly-chamfered coping stones, with the ends slightly raked up. It has large alternating quoins and a pair of gate piers on the right side. The wall includes taller, raking return sections and doorways with boarded doors located near the junction with the house. This wall is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
