The building features a central entrance and a cross wing at the rear. It has two storeys and two windows on the first floor. The entrance includes a six-fielded-panel door beneath a divided overlight, which is flanked by 16-pane sash windows. On the first floor, there are 9-pane unequal sash windows. Wedge lintels are present throughout the structure, and there are stacks at both ends.
