Description

Mount Pleasant Farmhouse is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of Leavening Lane, leading to Burythorpe. The building is constructed of rendered brick and features a pantile roof. It has a central hallway entry and stands two storeys tall, with two windows on the first floor. There are steps leading up to a hardboard door, which is set within a door-case that includes paterae on the friezes and a divided overlight. Throughout the house, the windows are casements with wedge lintels. The gable has coping, shaped kneelers, and end stacks.
