Description
This building comprises two properties, number 44 and number 45, on Potter Hill. Dating to the 18th or early 19th century, it is constructed of coursed stone with a pantile roof, incorporating coped gable ends and kneelers. The right-hand corner features rusticated quoins. Number 44 has two windows with lintels bearing incised keystones. Two modern, penticed bays are present on the ground floor. A round-headed doorway, featuring a plain fanlight and a modern door, is also present. Number 45 has one window with a stone lintel and a wedge-shaped keystone. It features modern mullion and transom glazing of four lights, consistent with the ground floor. A matching lintel and keystone are found above a door consisting of six panels.
