Description

East Vince Moor Farmhouse and attached outbuildings are a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with early 19th-century additions and 20th-century alterations. The building is constructed of red brick with ashlar dressings and features a pantile roof that has a single ridge stack at the rear and two gable stacks. The gables are coped with ashlar and have kneelers.

The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a south-facing front that consists of three bays. A central projecting gabled porch, added in the early 19th century, features an ashlar four-centre arched opening with a 20th-century door and overlight. On either side of the porch, there are single two-light casements with brick wedge lintels, and above these are three similar windows. To the right, there is an attached stable that has two shuttered hay loft openings on the upper floor. The rear of the farmhouse has a later range that includes various irregular openings, mostly under segmental heads.
