Farmhouse. c.1700, remodelled C19. Dark red brick in garden wall bond. Graduated Welsh slate roof. L-shaped with 2-storey gabled wing and rear outshut. Two storeys, 3 bays. Central 4-panel door under oblong fanlight. C19 sash windows under painted flat brick arches. 1st floor 3-course band. Stepped eaves. Hipped roof. Tumbled-in brickwork to gable on rear wing.
