Description
Milestone located on the east side of the A19 in Easingwold, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is made of cast iron and has a triangular shape. The milestone is painted white and features relief lettering in black that indicates the distances to Easingwold (2 miles), York (11 miles), and London (207 miles).
