Description

This is a pair of houses dating from the early 19th century, prominently located on Long Street in Easingwold. The houses are constructed of pale brown brick with a pantile roof and brick end chimneys. They are two storeys high, with three windows on the first floor. The entrances are grouped together in the centre, each featuring a six-panel door set within a round-arched architrave, topped with a radial fanlight window and a red brick arch. Above the doors are 16-pane sash windows set within flush wood architraves, each beneath a painted cambered arch.
