Description
These three cottages, at 190, 192, and 194 Long Street, Easingwold, date from the early to mid-18th century and are built of red-brown local brick. They have a swept pantile roof with chimneys at each end and one in the centre. The cottages are two storeys high and originally included a lobby-entry plan. The ground floor features a mix of 19th-century sash windows, a plain door, two 20th-century bow windows, and two further half-glazed doors, one of which likely occupies the original entrance position. A three-course band runs along the first floor. The first floor has sash windows, one with glazing bars. The eaves are stepped and dentilled. The gable end displays tumbled brickwork.
