Description
Swan Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with 19th-century extensions to the left and rear, as well as later additions and alterations. It is constructed of pinkish-brown brick with red rubbed brick dressings, ashlar sills, and a Welsh slate roof. The building has two storeys and four bays, with red brick quoins. The entrance is located in the third bay and features a 20th-century board door with an overlight. The windows are 12-pane sashes throughout, and all openings are set under flat arches of rubbed brick with red brick quoined surrounds. There is a four-course band at the first floor and a modillion eaves band, with end stacks.
