Description

Wood House is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with later additions and alterations. It is constructed of reddish-pink narrow brick, which is colour-washed on the front, and features a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and two bays, with a single-storey, single-bay range recessed to the left. The entrance is off-centre to the left range and consists of a part-glazed, six-panelled door. Throughout the property, there are twelve-pane sash windows. The house has brick copings and end stacks, and the gable ends display tumbled-in brickwork.
