Farmhouse. Mid-late C18. Roughcast rubble, stone slate roof. 2 and 3 storeys, 1:3:1 bays. Central range: 3 storeys. Central single-storey ashlar porch with 6-panel door below boarded fanlight in round-arched surround with imposts; gable coping returned to form open pediment. Sash windows, smaller on second floor. Ashlar coping. Brick end stacks. Outer bays: 2 storeys, 1 sash window on each floor to left; 1 side-sliding sash window on each floor to right; ashlar coping and brick stacks to outer edges.
