The structure features flights of stone steps leading up to a raised pavement approximately 10 feet high, which is set on a brick terrace. Iron railings with spearhead designs and urn finials surround the terrace. The steps, rails, and terrace, along with the shops numbered 1 to 7 Palace Hill Terrace, create a cohesive and attractive group.
