Description
No 4 Palace Hill Terrace is a late 19th century rebuilding of an 18th century house located on the north side of Eastborough. The building has three storeys and is constructed of red brick, featuring brick string courses. On the second floor, there are two sash windows, while the first floor has two outer sash windows and a central canted wooden bay window. The ground floor includes two round-headed windows and a doorway. This building is included for its group value, as its scale and general design relate well to the other properties in the terrace. Nos 1 to 7 Palace Hill Terrace, along with the steps, rails, and terrace, form a cohesive and attractive group.
