Description
No 7 Palace Hill Terrace is a mid to later 18th century building located on the north side of Eastborough. It is three storeys tall, constructed of red brick that rises to a parapet with moulded coping. The building features one window on each floor, with sash windows that are five panes wide, except for the ground floor which has later glazing. All windows are set within flush architrave surrounds. On the first floor, there is an early to mid 19th century rectangular bay window with pilasters. The entrance is located to the left and consists of a six-panel door framed by a doorcase with fluted Greek Doric columns and an entablature. Nos 1 to 7 Palace Hill Terrace, along with the steps, rails, and the terrace itself, form a cohesive and attractive group.
