Description

Blakey Bridge is a late 18th-century cart bridge that crosses Cod Beck, constructed from dressed limestone. It features two unequal segmental arches, with the eastern arch being higher and having a greater span, while supporting a narrower carriageway than the western arch. The central pier does not have cutwaters. The bridge has plain parapets that splay with approach ramps and end with simple drums.
