Outbuilding Approximately 8 Metres South Of Hill Top

This building is an outbuilding, originally a house and coach house, located approximately 8 metres south of Hill Top. It dates from the late 17th century, with alterations and an addition from the late 18th or early 19th century. The structure is built of rubble with dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. It has two storeys and a layout of two first-floor openings on one side and one on the other.

On the left side, there are quoins to the right and a central doorway made of chamfered quoined dressed stone with a triangular head and an old board door. To the left of this doorway, there is a partly blocked window opening and a board pitching door above it. To the right, there is a stable door with a shuttered opening above, all featuring deep lintels. On the right side, there is a board-leaved door in a segmental-arched opening, with a shuttered opening above.

At the rear, external stone steps lead up to a loft over the coach house. Inside, there is a stone winder staircase to the left and a chamfered triangular-headed fireplace to the right.
