Description
This building is a coach-house dating from the early 19th century, located to the north of Spennithorne House. It is constructed of rubble with a stone slate roof and has two and three storeys. On the left side, there is a tall carriage opening featuring a round arch made of ashlar voussoirs and board doors, with vents above for the hayloft. The left side also has ashlar coping. On the right side, there is a board door leading to a stable and a 9-pane window. The first floor includes a vent and a window with a projecting lintel and sill. The second floor features a circular dovecote opening with a keyed ashlar surround. The roof is hipped and has a finial at the apex. There is a projecting range on the right that is not of special interest.
