SE 18 NW SPENNITHORNE MAIN STREET (west side) 3/118 Coach-house to north of Spennithorne House

GV II

Coach-house. Early C19. Rubble with stone slate roof. 2 and 3 storeys. To left, tall carriage opening with round arch of ashlar voussoirs and board doors. Vents above to hayloft. Ashlar coping on left. To right, board door to stable and 9-pane window. On first floor, vent and window with projecting lintel and sill. On second floor, circular dovecote opening with keyed ashlar surround. Hipped roof with finial on apex. Projecting range on right not of special interest.
