Description

This sundial, located approximately 10 metres south of The Old Schoolhouse, is likely from the 17th century. The dial is inscribed with 'Nat. Witham Londini Fecit 1713' and features the Fairfax motto 'FARE FAC'. It has a base made of magnesian limestone and a bronze sundial, with an octagonal shape and a height of approximately 1 metre.
