Description

Jasmine Cottage and the house attached to its left are a pair of houses dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. They are constructed of red brick in English bond and feature a pantile roof. Each house has two storeys and three bays, with a continuous outshut at the rear.

Jasmine Cottage has a central 20th-century glazed door, with a sash window featuring glazing bars above it. The other windows are 16-pane sashes, all set in flush wood architraves. The building has a moulded string-course and cogged eaves. The house to the left has a four-panel door with an overlight positioned to the left of centre, along with 20th-century casement windows. It also features a moulded string-course, which has been repaired on the left side, and cogged eaves. The left and right returns showcase tumbled brickwork in the gable, and the rear roof has been raised. Each house has end stacks.
