House and cottage. Late C18 with later alterations. Red-brown local brick. Pantile roof, end and ridge stacks. Two storeys. House: 2 bays with Yorkshire sashes with glazing bars. Two stone steps to central 6-panel door under oblong fanlight with glazing bars. Cottage: one bay with modern casements and glazed door. Flat brick arches to openings throughout. Included mainly for group considerations.
