Description
This is a late 17th-century house located on the north side of Richmond Road in Skeeby. The house is constructed of rubble and has a 20th-century concrete interlocking tile roof. It is two storeys high with two windows on the first floor. The corners are emphasised by quoins. The windows have projecting sills. On the ground floor, from the left, is a four-pane sash window with a deep ashlar lintel, followed by a partly-glazed door also set beneath a deep ashlar lintel. The first floor has two four-pane sash windows; their lintels have been reused from earlier two- and three-light mullion windows. The gables are topped with ashlar kneelers of a quarter-round section and ashlar copings. Brick end stacks are present. On the left return, a blocked two-light chamfered mullion window is visible within the gable.
