2 houses, now 1. Early C19. Coursed sandstone with ashlar dressings, stone slate roofs. 2 storeys, 2:2 first-floor windows. Quoins at outer corners. Openings have ashlar sills and deep lintels. Left-hand house: 4-pane sash windows. Brick stacks at end right and laterally to rear. Right-hand house, with lower roof: C20 part-glazed board door to left. 16-pane sash windows. Brick stack at right end. Included for group value.
