II House. Early C19 with later C19 alteration and C20 extension. Variegated brick in English garden wall bond, with red brick quoins and dressings; rendered first-floor band and timber eaves cornice; slate roof. Central- stairhall plan, one room deep, with later extension to rear left. 2-storey and attic, 3-window front. Central 4-panel door beneath divided overlight within door-case of scrolled console cornice on plain pilaster jambs, approached by flight of steps. 12-pane sashes throughout, except to first- floor centre opening which is now blocked. Painted stone sills and brick arches to quoined window openings. 2 gabled roof dormers with plain bargeboards and sashes to attic. End stacks. Early C19 cast-iron railings and foot scraper attached to front door steps, with ramped-up and wreathed handrail on slender railings and turned standards. Railings to right are shaped to allow foot scraper to be used.
